• Charlie Chaplin once said to his grandson:

“Even when I was in the orphanage, when I was roaming the streets trying to find enough to eat to keep alive, even then I thought of myself as the greatest actor in the world. I had to feel that exuberance that comes from utter confidence in yourself. Without that, you go down to defeat.”

  • As you get up early in the morning. Open your Eyes and close eyes for few seconds and NOW see all around and appreciate the things around you as “ Sunder Vishal Srishthi Men Adbhut sunder pahad, paoudhe , house and trees and family , abhar vyakt Karen” than whole day attitude of gratitude.

  • Within each one of us there is a master of the universe-Being. Not the universe out there but the inner universe of our thoughts and feelings, attitudes and actions. Most people realize too late what awaits within and how valuable it is.

  • If you can’t fly, then run, If you can’t run, then walk, If you can’t walk, then crawl, But, whatever you do, You have to keep moving forward.

  • You Are What You Think

Everything that has been invented and created throughout the history of humankind began with one thought. From that one thought a way was made, and it manifested from the invisible into the visible.

DS Journey - Life is a journey - Know the truth

Truth 1.: Creator & Creation

There is a creator behind every creation (product) ex; scissor, pen, car or big machines – things, people around us. Being created with its purpose and owned by the creator.

A manual is provided to run efficiently, in harmony – maintain, sustain and its regulatory service manual is provided.

Similarly our world where we live is created not out of vacuum or Big Bang (disqualified now) but definitely a creator exists and being mentioned its name and strengths in a document which has been spoken by him 5250 years back, nobody has challenged or any amendments. IS BHAGVADGITA

Know this world is Governed through regulatory principles. Not to punish you but live a healthy, wealthy, happy and blissful life - Through divine knowledge of Bhagavad-Gita.

Regulatory Principles:
Our life is a constant journey- from birth to death: SAMSARA – Bhavsagar
Our individual journey (Body) is influenced from Universal Body (Prakarti)
Our Life Is a Journey - Part of the universe journey
“हमारा जीवन एक यात्रा है – इस ब्रह्माण्ड की यात्रा का हिस्सा है!”

Bhagavad Gita describes this 'Samsara Disease' : Goes under six chnges as Birth , grow, sustain, young, old, death.

“Just as the fruits and flowers of a tree in due course of time undergo six changes—birth, existence, growth, transformation, dwindling and then death—the material body, which is obtained by the spirit soul under different circumstances, undergoes similar changes. However, there are no such changes for the spirit soul.”

Sorrow and suffering (duhkha, tāpa) are inevitable part of life. This inspire us for development of new means to overcome as a research does. Knowledge regarding their origin, causes and even categorization helps one to minimize their effect, if not eradicate them. The scriptures usually call them ‘tāpatraya,’ (‘the three miseries.’) and categorize them into:
ādhyātmika, ādhidaivika and adhibhautika.

The ādhyātmika duhkha or tāpa is that which is caused by bodily suffering and mental anguish. Hereditary diseases like leprosy, disabilities like blindness or lameness and diseases caused by the violation of the rules of health and sanitation are classed under this. The mental agony caused by worries and anxieties, attachment and aversion, also comes under this group.

The ādhidaivika duhka or tāpa is that which is caused by daiva. The word daiva includes the power of time, nature and the unseen hand or fate. Diseases caused by the changing seasons, misery caused by the elemental forces like floods and fire, suffering caused by black magic or disembodied spirits or gods who are displeased, natural tribulations due to hunger, thirst and old-age belongs to this group.Corona

The ādhibhautika duhkha or tāpa is that which is caused by other bhutas or living beings, like wild animals, snakes, or enemies.

Our journey of life in this world revolves around five items or subjects

As well three modes of nature as Satvik, Rajsik, tamsik

1. Our Body (Prakarti)
2. Jiva a life force ( Soul, consciousness, चेतना)
3. Supreme soul a controller – Ishwara, Parmatma
4. Karma ( Actions carried by Body, Mind, Sppech)
5. Kall (समय)
6. Three modes of Nature (सात्विक, राजसिक, तामसिक)

Unfortunately which should be part of our education is missing.
We will try to cover to best of our knowledge from Bhagvad Gita, most authentic source.

Spending Time Together, Outside

Creating bonds away from our screens

She closed the door, locked it, and put the key carefully in the pocket of her dress. And so, with Toto trotting along soberly behind her, she started on her journey.

Some takeaways

There were several roads near by, but it did not take her long to find the one paved with yellow bricks. Within a short time she was walking briskly toward the Emerald City, her silver shoes tinkling merrily on the hard, yellow road-bed. The sun shone bright and the birds sang sweetly, and Dorothy did not feel nearly so bad as you might think a little girl would who had been suddenly whisked away from her own country and set down in the midst of a strange land.

She was surprised, as she walked along, to see how pretty the country was about her. There were neat fences at the sides of the road, painted a dainty blue color, and beyond them were fields of grain and vegetables in abundance. Evidently the Munchkins were good farmers and able to raise large crops. Once in a while she would pass a house, and the people came out to look at her and bow low as she went by; for everyone knew she had been the means of destroying the Wicked Witch and setting them free from bondage. The houses of the Munchkins were odd-looking dwellings, for each was round, with a big dome for a roof. All were painted blue, for in this country of the East blue was the favorite color.
